How a term goes
Four things happen between the first quiz and card-giving day. Lite does the arithmetic and the paperwork in between.

Paste your class list
Straight from Excel or your E-Class Record. Names, LRNs and sex are picked up, and you see how each name was split before anything is saved. Undo the whole import for a day.

Encode scores
A grid that works like your spreadsheet: arrow keys move, every cell saves on its own. Blank, zero and excused are three different things, and the grade treats them differently.

Check before you release
The pre-flight names every missing score with a link to the cell. Any grade opens into "Explain this grade", the full arithmetic you can show a school head.

Release the term
Learners with an email get a signed link that expires. Everyone else gets a print batch, one PDF, in DepEd order. Revoke and re-release if a grade changes.
The order, transcribed
DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026 sets the weights, the examination split, and the adjusted transmutation table for SY 2026–2027. Lite carries them row by row from the published order, and every band is locked by a test.

Examinations are three parts combined first: Summative Test 1 at 30%, Summative Test 2 at 30%, Term Examination at 40%.

All 41 bands are in the app. From SY 2027–2028 the order drops the table, and Lite switches with it.
The order's own example
Annex D, Table 5 walks Learner A through Science 6: written works 74 of 85, performance tasks 43 of 50, summative tests 15 and 18 of 20, term exam 35 of 40.
That example is one of the golden tests the app cannot ship without passing.
The SF9, from the same numbers
Print is not a fallback. A learner without an email address gets a printed card in the batch; one with an address gets a link sent to that address alone, which expires. A learner under 18 opens a portal only after a guardian says yes.
- Progress Report Card in the DepEd layout, with your school's name and the term grades as computed.
- A delivery checklist per learner: emailed, opened, bounced, printed, handed over.
- Merit cards and rankings for the awards committee, with the order's alphabetical rule on by default.

No school account
The class is yours, not the school's. If your school later becomes a SchoolAide tenant, your classes move with you. Nothing is taken away if it does not.
Encrypted where it matters
LRNs and PRC numbers are encrypted at rest. Cards are served only through signed links. Every change to a grade is on an audit trail.
Export or delete any time
Everything you own downloads as a spreadsheet from Settings. Delete your account there too, with a month to change your mind.
Before you sign up
Is it really free?
Yes, for individual teachers, permanently. RaksoEd funds it because schools that see their teachers use it sometimes become SchoolAide customers later. That is the whole business model, and it never touches your account.
Do I need my principal's permission?
No. Your gradebook is yours. Sign up with your DepEd or school email and it is verified on the spot; other addresses are reviewed by a person within a few days.
My school still runs four quarters.
Choose quarterly when you create the class and the DO 8, s. 2015 weights and table apply. Semestral works for Senior High School. The choice is fixed once scores exist, so nothing shifts under you mid-year.
Can subject teachers encode into my class?
Yes. Invite them by email or share the class code. A teacher who already has a gradebook for your section links it, and only the learner list merges. Their scores stay exactly as encoded.
What if something goes wrong at 11 pm?
Every error says what happened and what to do next. Each screen has a help panel with a self-check that names the cause. For anything else, our Facebook page answers during business hours.
