What to paste
Select the columns you have — a single NAME column, or LAST / FIRST / MIDDLE apart — plus LRN, sex, and email if you have them. Copy, paste, and press Check the names.
What we do with it
- "DELA CRUZ, PRINCESS NICOLE M." becomes last name Dela Cruz, first name Princess Nicole, middle initial M. Compound surnames (Dela, De los, San, Sta.) stay whole.
- A name we are not sure about is flagged Check how this name was split. Fix it in the grid.
- The same learner twice is flagged. So is a learner already on the roster — those rows are skipped.
- An LRN that is not 12 digits is a warning, never a blocker. LRN is optional throughout.
Undo
An import is one action. For 24 hours you can undo it from the Learners page as a whole.
