Yes, for individual teachers, permanently. There is no trial period, no card to enter, and no feature that asks you to pay for it later. Your classes and your learners' data stay yours.

No. Your gradebook is yours. Sign up with your DepEd or school email and it is verified on the spot; other addresses are reviewed by a person within a few days.

About ten minutes with your class list open. Paste the names from Excel or your E-Class Record, pick the subjects, and the first grade is computed as soon as you encode a score.

Yes. The dashboard offers a sample class: Grade 7 – Demo Section, twenty fictional learners, scores already encoded. Every feature works on it, including report cards, and you delete it in one click.

Choose quarterly when you create the class and the DO 8, s. 2015 weights and table apply. Semestral works for Senior High School. The choice is fixed once scores exist, so nothing shifts under you mid-year.

DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026 for three-term classes: the component weights per learning area, the 30-30-40 split inside Examinations, the descriptors, and the adjusted transmutation table for SY 2026–2027, transcribed row by row from the published order and locked by tests. From SY 2027–2028 the order drops the table and Lite switches with it.

A blank cell is not recorded and stays out of both sums. A zero is a real score that counts against the total. Excused leaves both sums, like a blank, but is recorded as a decision. They compute differently, and the grid shows each one differently.

No. The weights come from the DepEd order for the learning area and cannot be edited by anyone. That is what keeps every grade defensible. The one thing you can change is the transmutation table, with an impact preview before it applies.

Open any grade and choose Explain this grade. It lists every score, the percentage per component, the weighted scores, the initial grade, and the table band that produced the term grade. It prints.

Their report card goes into the print batch: one PDF for the whole class, in DepEd order. Email is optional throughout. A class with no addresses at all releases by print.

A signed link to their own card, sent only to the address on the roster, which expires after thirty days. The link opens the card and nothing else. If the address bounces, the release checklist tells you and lets you fix it inline.

Yes. Revoke the release, fix the score, and release again. Links from the earlier release stop working and the checklist starts over for that term.

No. It is a working copy of the SF9 in the DepEd layout, computed from your gradebook. Your school's own processes still apply for the official copy.

Yes. Invite them by email or share the class code. A teacher who already has a gradebook for your section links it, and only the learner list merges. Their scores stay exactly as encoded.

The adviser sees every subject in the section. A subject teacher sees their own gradebook. A learner sees only released grades for themselves, and only once the term is released.

Your roster becomes the list of record for that subject. Learners are matched by LRN, then email, then name, and you review every match before anything happens. You can revert the link for a week.

Every error says what happened and what to do next. Each screen has a help panel with a self-check that names the cause. For anything else, our Facebook page answers during business hours.

You do. There is no school account. LRNs and PRC numbers are encrypted at rest, cards are served only through signed links, and every change to a grade is on an audit trail. Export everything as a spreadsheet from Settings at any time.

An account untouched for twelve months is archived and becomes read-only. After twenty-four months it is purged, roster and all. You are warned by email four times before that, and one click keeps the account.

Only after a parent or guardian consents through an emailed link. Nothing shows in the account until then, and the guardian can withdraw consent at any time.
