On Conduct, See it on the card opens Report cards on the same grading period. The preview is built from the same numbers and the same marks as the released PDF, so what you see is what prints.
The two SF9 layouts
The class picks one on Class settings, or from the layout picker on Report cards. A layout never changes a value — only where it sits on the page.
SF9 · Front and back (long bond, portrait, two sides) prints "Report on Learner's Observed Values" on the back: the core value, its behaviour statement, then one narrow column per grading period, with the full legend beside the heading. The Teacher's Comments box is on the same side, next to the parent's or guardian's signature.
SF9 · One sheet (long, landscape) puts Observed Values in the middle of the sheet with the short legend AO · SO · RO · NO. There is no room for behaviour statements, so it prints the value name and the marks. Teacher's Comments sits on the right, under the performance descriptors.
Both print one comment line per grading period, labelled with the period.
Periods after the card stay blank
A card previewed through Term 1 leaves the Term 2 and Term 3 cells and comment lines empty, the same way an ungraded period is left empty. The year-end card shows every period you have marked and written.
A class that has never opened Conduct
If no core values were ever set, the card still prints the four DepEd rows with empty cells — the form's own rows, blank, rather than a missing table.
Kindergarten to Grade 3
The Learner's Progress Report has neither an observed values table nor a comments box, so descriptive classes have no Conduct page.
