Where it is
Sidebar → End of term → Awards. On a class with no policy yet the page opens on Start with the DepEd awards. Press Add the DepEd Order 15 awards. The button disappears once the preset is on the class — a class can hold it only once.
What the preset holds
Academic Excellence Award (DO 015, s. 2026), given at the end of the school year on the general average:

Both conditions have to hold. A learner averaging 96 with a 78 in one learning area earns nothing — the floor is part of the award, not a tiebreaker.
The order names one award, not three honour bands. With Highest Honors, With High Honors and With Honors are no longer what it prescribes — but many schools still confer them, so Add the honours ladder puts all three on your class in one click, on the DepEd Order 36, s. 2016 bands (98–100, 95–97, 90–94, nothing below 80), named as that order's and never as DO 015's.
Reading the page
Each tier shows its band, how many learners are in it, and the names read down the columns with each learner's average beside them. The line under the award's name counts the class: 8 of 38 learners earn an award.
Names are listed alphabetically. DO 015 moves away from ranking, so that is the default; ranked listing exists but you have to ask for it on the policy.
Printing the honour roll
Print on the award's header prints the list. The near-miss notes, the buttons and the tiers with nobody in them are left off, so what comes out is a programme of names rather than a screenshot.
Key Stage 1
Kindergarten to Grade 3 classes get no academic awards under DO 015. The page says so and offers nothing to add. Recognise effort, participation and growth in the narrative on the Learner's Progress Report instead.
