What raises a learner
Four separate questions, deliberately not added into one score:
- Below 75 — a computed term grade under the passing mark in any learning area, on the learner's latest reading.
- Sharp drop — a term grade that fell hard from the reading before, even where it still passes. How many points count as "hard" is yours to set on this page; ten is the default, and no DepEd rule sets it.
- Missing scores — several administered activities with nothing recorded, neither a score nor an excuse. Activities nobody in the class has a score on are not counted: a column laid out in advance is the teacher's, not the learner's.
- Absences — unjustified absences over 20% of class days, which fails the learning area under DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026 on its own.
A learner appears once, however many reasons they have, with every reason written out. The most signals come first; learners with equally much to look at stay in roster order.
What it is not
It is not a ranking — the order names how much there is to look at, never who is "worst" — and nothing on this list reaches a report card, an export a learner sees, or the learner portal.
