Opening it
- Open the subject's Class record and choose the term tab.
- Tap the learner's number in the TERM GRADE column. The panel opens on that learner.
- Use Previous and Next at the bottom, or the left and right arrow keys, to walk the roster without closing the panel.
What is in it
The answer first. The term grade and its descriptor, the initial grade, any adjustment, and the table it was read on. See the table opens every band.
What made this grade. The initial grade drawn as 100 points shared out by weight — the solid part of each block was earned, the faint part was left. Under it: the component that pulled the grade down most, the single lowest score, what the zeros cost, and how many activities are excused or still blank.
Next term. The fewest points, and in which component, that would reach the next descriptor band. Every one of these is the engine run again on changed scores, not a shortcut formula, so the answers agree with the grade.
Every number. Each component with its weight, each activity with its raw score over its highest possible score, the percentage and the weighted score. This is the part to read line by line against your E-Class Record.
If there is no grade yet
The panel says why — a weighted component with no activities, no scores recorded for this learner, or no activities in the term at all. Nothing is shown as 0 or 60 in the meantime.
If the number looks behind
Term grades recompute in the background after a score changes. If the class record says some grades are still recomputing, press Compute them now. Your scores are saved either way; only the cached grade is catching up.
