What it is, and is not
Sidebar → End of term → Rankings. It is an internal working list for you. DepEd Order 15, s. 2026 prescribes alphabetical listing of awardees and discourages public ranking, so nothing on this page is printed on a report card or shown to a learner.
Choosing what to rank by
The first picker sets the basis: General average, or any one term's average. General average ranks on the year-end figure. A term ranks on the mean of that term's grades across the learning areas.

What is on the page
- The list itself: rank, learner, and the value with its descriptor beside it — Advancing, Benchmarking, Connecting, Developing, Emerging.
- How the class sits — the same descriptors as a bar with counts, so you see the shape of the class and not only its top.
- Not on this list — every learner who could not be ranked, each with the reason.
Find a learner narrows the list without changing anyone's rank; the number shown is still their place in the whole class.
Taking a copy
Print prints the list alone. The search box, the descriptor bar and the exclusions are left off.
Save a copy of this list records it as it stands: the names, the ranks, the values, the tie rule and the date. Use it before a deliberation, so what was decided on can be checked later. There is no page listing saved copies yet, so print as well if you need one in your hand today.
Key Stage 1
Rankings are off for Kindergarten to Grade 3. Descriptive grading has no number to rank by, and DO 015 gives no academic awards at that key stage.
